Welcome to our spacious family home! No need for a car here! Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find the heart of Les Vans (market, shops, local artisans, restaurants, and various activities). A 10-minute walk takes you to the Chassezac River, and in just 5 more minutes, you can enjoy a large swimming area (Le Puech).
The Colombier d’Antan, built in 1898 and fully renovated, offers all the comfort needed for up to 15 guests: comfortable beds, cozy sofas, spacious bedrooms, and various living areas. Enjoy the shade of a 200-year-old cedar, a lime tree, a hackberry tree, a sequoia, and a welcoming cypress-lined driveway.
The 3,500m² fenced park features a shaded terrace and a barbecue (charcoal provided).
A large covered saltwater pool, completely private, and numerous games are available: a trampoline for six children, two swings, bowling games, and more upon request (roller skates, etc.).

First Floor (The Pearls Floor):
Emerald Room: 1 queen bed (160 cm) + 1 single bed (90 cm), with shower and toilet. Perfect for a couple with a child.
Jade Room (spacious): 1 queen bed (160 cm) + 1 single bed (90 cm).
Chrysoprase Room: 1 adjustable bed with two 70 cm mattresses, ideal for reading or napping.
Sapphire Room (largest): 1 double bed (140 cm) + armchair, with shower and two sinks. Great for a couple.
Shared bathroom with a shower and sink.
Separate toilet.
Second Floor (The Celestial Floor):
Star Room: 2 single beds (90 cm).
Moon Room (spacious): 1 bunk bed (140 cm), accommodating 2–4 guests.
Library Room: 1 double bed (140 cm).
Living room with a sofa bed and dining table for 4–6 people.
Bathroom with bathtub and double sinks.
Shower room with sink.
Separate toilet.
Basement:
Laundry room with double sinks, washing machines, and a dryer.

A crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome on the ground floor only (not on furniture) and require prior agreement with the owner (€100 deposit). Please bring a bed or blanket for your pet.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Perfectly situated in southern Ardèche, at the foot of the Cévennes National Park, near Vallon Pont d’Arc (Chauvet Cave) and Ruoms, and 40 minutes from Alès and Aubenas. Close to caves, climbing sites, canoe trips, charming villages, mountain biking, paragliding, horseback riding (Foussac), treetop adventures (10 km), the Crocodile Farm, and local markets.
Enjoy Les Vans' superb Saturday morning market, summer evening market (Tuesday, 5 minutes away), and the musical Chambonas market (Thursday from 5:30 pm, 10 minutes away).
Cultural and Natural Highlights:
Explore the Château des Roure (15th century), Vogüé Castle, the fort and stables of Banne, and the St. Eugène Hermitage in Chassagnes. Nature lovers can visit Aven Marzal, the Grand Site of Aven d’Orgnac, the Cocalière and Madeleine caves, and the mystical limestone forest of Bois de Païolive.
