Description

Lambs 3 or 4 months: half or whole, cut or carcass, vacuum-packed or not.
Gascon-style pork (minimum 12 months): retail or in 5 or 10 kg packs, with ribs, roasts, escalopes. I also offer fresh sausages, terrines, merguez, charcuterie, nitrate-free ham... Products processed in an approved laboratory and delivered by me in a refrigerated vehicle.
