La Gare aux saveurs, chef Geoffrey Charmasson's table:
As the 4th generation of chefs in the family, Geoffrey knows what he owes to this heritage.
He studied pastry-making with MOF Joël Patouillard before turning to cooking
to cooking and building his personality
experiences abroad, from Australia to Asia.

his restaurant, initially with the help of his father
Jean-Luc, and then alongside his partner
Laetitia, with the shared ambition of bringing this land
